Bureau regulations


The Bureau has the power to issue regulations for various purposes under Law No (2) of 1998 Concerning the Regulation of the Water, Electricity and Wastewater (Sewerage Services) Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. All licensed operators and other relevant sector parties must comply with all relevant regulations issued by the Bureau.

Set out below are the Bureau’s current governing water, wastewater and electricity regulations (including any amendments or revisions to those regulations).
